【博士后岗位待遇】
1. 薪酬:首聘期三年,根据申请人条件不同,工资经费每年分25万,45万,60万不等。具体如下:
(1)2022年起实施的江苏省卓越博士后:每年900个名额,两年给予30万工资资助,除省统一综合遴选资助外,还可以通过名校(全球排名前100)优选和/或东南大学举荐制,复核后直接纳入拟资助名单。出站后为省“333高层次人才”对象。
(2)学校至善博士后(每年100个名额,每年三次申请机会),聘期内执行协议年薪35万元(含租房补贴3万元,入住博士后公寓则不享受租房补贴),10万元科研启动经费。
(3)学校普通博士后聘期内年薪为20万元,5万元科研启动经费,在站期间可以重复多次申请至善博士后。
2. 职业发展通道:至善博士后从事研究工作满三年,经考核进入第二聘期后,可参加学校高级专业技术职务评审申报,取得副高职称,经学校入职审核通过,可获得进入学校专任教师队伍资格。
3. 享受国家规定的社会保险及住房公积金;享受教职工公费医疗保险;可租住精装修博士后公寓;享受教职工子女入托和幼儿园等。
【招聘要求】
电子信息,微电子,电路与系统,计算机,化学,材料,物理或相关专业;
普通博士后岗位申请者要求发表过2区以上SCI论文2篇以上,具备相对独立科研能力以及较强的团队意识,成果突出者可推荐申请至善博士后。
